Wild pacific seafood is seasonal, with best availability from April through September. We offer daily arrivals by air to ensure you receive the freshest Wild Salmon, Halibut, Sablefish and other Pacific products from Aquanor to your door.

Aquanor FRESH Wild Pacific Troll King Salmon are brought to you from the best fishing grounds of Alaska, British Columbia and California. These prized, head-on, whole-gutted fish are troll-caught in their native habitat, carefully selected from local auctions, and immediately flown to Aquanor’s Boston distribution center. A royalty among the Salmon family, Aquanor King Salmon are available from mid April until late September.

The largest of all flatfish, halibut is a pure, sweet tasting whitefish. It remains a favorite among gourmet chefs for its versatility in menu options. Line caught in the coldest Pacific waters, this fish is available seasonally from March to November.

Aquanor FRESH and IQF Sablefish (Black Cod)

Aquanor FRESH Sablefish (Black Cod) is another premium fish that compliments Aquanor's already diverse line of premium Northwest Pacific products.
Although often referred to as Black Cod, Sablefish does not belong to the Codfish family. It's a member instead of the Anoplopomatidae family, a group of fish confined to the North Pacific. Long-lined in the coldest waters of the Bering Sea or in the Gulf of Alaska, this fish is available in both fresh and frozen forms.
