Ingredients:
1 cedar plank (soaked in cold water for 3 hours)
1 (14-20 oz.) Aquanor Arctic Charr fillet, with skin on
1/2 cup maple syrup
2 tablespoons freshly squeezed lemon juice from half a lemon
1 leveled teaspoon dry mustard powder
Salt and pepper to taste
Preparation: Preheat grill to 450°F
1) Mix maple syrup and lemon juice in a small bowl and set aside.
2) Place Aquanor Arctic Charr fillet skin side down on cedar plank, dust with mustard powder; salt and pepper to taste.
3) Place planked charr on grill and cook for about 6-7 minutes.
4) Coat fillet with syrup/lemon mixture and cook for 3 minutes. Glaze a second time and cook for additional 2-3 minutes until done.
5) Remove from skin, plate and serve. Enjoy!
